Order Fulfillment Policy
Googlnix delivers all products and services digitally. Our services include SEO strategies, content optimization, analytics reports, and related digital marketing deliverables. All work is shared electronically via email or through a secure client portal.
- Delivery Timeline: Timelines for service milestones and deliverables are outlined in the project agreement. Delivery is typically scheduled on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, depending on the scope of the project.
- Service Updates: Clients receive regular updates on the progress of their projects, ensuring full visibility into the delivery process.
- No Physical Shipping: Since our services are digital, no physical shipping or delivery is involved.
Refund Policy
Googlnix provides non-tangible, irrevocable services. Refunds are not offered once the first 30 days of the project are complete. The project start date is considered the date of the first payment.
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances during the first 30 days. To inquire about refund eligibility, please contact info@googlnix.com. Requests made after this period will not be processed.
Return Policy and Process

Cancellation Policy

- For subscription-based services, cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
- For project-based services, cancellations are governed by the terms stated in your project agreement. Work completed up to the cancellation date is non-refundable.

Shipping or Delivery Policy
Since Googlnix exclusively provides digital products and services, there are no physical goods to ship. All deliverables, such as reports, optimized content, and SEO analytics, are delivered electronically to the email address or platform designated by the client during the onboarding process.
